Cardio Tennis is a tennis workout program catering to all fitness levels. Bringing together a variety of cardio workouts with a range of fun tennis drills. The program is focused on leading a healthy, fun and active lifestyle.
Cardio Tennis sessions are open to players of all ages and abilities. The best thing about Cardio Tennis is that you do not have to be good at tennis to get involved. It doesn’t even matter if you’ve never played before!
Your coach is trained to mix up the activities to cater for all skill and fitness levels, so while it’s a great for beginners, more experienced tennis players will also have a great time.
Our Cardio Tennis sessions are available 6-7pm on Mondays, 8.15-9pm Tuesdays, and 9.15-10am on Saturdays. The cost is $15 for one session, or $25 per week for two or more sessions.
What equipment do I need?
- You’ll need a tennis racquet
- Come along in your trainers or tennis shoes and workout gear
- Remember to stay hydrated – bring a drink bottle with you!
